How long does NextGen School Photography keep photographs?
Images are stored for twelve months, and during this time can be ordered using the unique image reference which can be found on the proof card.
Who owns the copyright of the image?
NextGen School Photography owns and retains the copyright on all images. Photographs cannot be copied or reproduced without written authorisation from NextGen. However, when you purchase an image on CD this image is copyright released.
I have a query with my order who should I contact?
If you have any queries please ring our customer service department on 01905 20006 – Monday – Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm. We will be pleased to answer any questions.
I have missed the deadline given on the proof card, can I still order photographs?
Yes you can. This can be done either by posting the proof card direct to us enclosing the total cost of photographs and late order / P&P charge and postage and package charge. Our address is NextGen School Photography, 16 Sansome Walk Worcester, WR1 1LN.
I have lost my proof card, can I obtain another?
If you have lost your proof card please telephone our customer services team on 01905 20006 Monday – Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm. They will take details and a description of your child. They will then email images to your school’s administrator so that your child can be identified. Once this has been done, a replacement proof card will be sent to you.
My photographs have been damaged in transit, what can I do about it?
Please ring the customer service team on 01905 20006 Monday – Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm. Please have the proof reference number so your order can be traced.
I am missing an item / photograph – what should I do?
In the unlikely event that you experience this problem, please contact our customer service team on 01905 20006 Monday – Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm. Please have the proof reference number and details of your query to allow us to trace your order.
I am unhappy with my photographs – what should I do?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your photographs, please return them to NextGen at the address below. Complete with a covering letter clearly stating why you are disappointed. A Director will review the images and your comments and contact you to resolve the issue. Should you require any additional editing work to be undertaken to your photographs then this may incur a further charge.

How long will it take for me to receive my photographs?
This may vary, but we aim to despatch orders placed online within 7-10 days. During the busy Christmas period some orders may take longer. We recommend that you order as early / as soon as possible to guarantee Christmas delivery.
I have more than one child at the school, will they be photographed together?
We always suggest that schools have sibling photographs taken, as they do make wonderful pictures, but this is undertaken at the schools discretion.
My children go to different schools, is there an opportunity to have them photographed together?
We always give the schools the opportunity to have “family” photographs taken, but ultimately this is at the schools discretion.
Can I view my child’s image on line?
If your school has given permission for the images to be available on line then yes. Go to www.nextgenonline.co.uk and enter your child’s unique image code, which can be found on your proof card.
Is it possible to mix a pack of photographs?
Unfortunately no. We believe that our packs are extremely competitively priced, and this is achieved by maintaining an efficient work flow.
I am a separated parent is it possible to obtain an additional proof card?
Yes it is, this can either be requested at the time of the photo shoot and two proof cards will be issued. Otherwise, if you can obtain the image reference number, an additional proof card can be posted to you retrospectively.
I am having problems with the online ordering system what should I do?

I would rather not pay on line, is there another way I can pay?
We accept orders via the post and these can be paid for by either cheque or postal order. We advise against sending cash through the post.
Is it safe to give my credit card details online?
Payments made via the online ordering system are secure. We use Protex one of the largest suppliers and we accept all major credit cards, debit cards and American express. Also if you have a paypal account we accept payment via paypal.
